Under Ordinance N-18, an online store in Bulgaria is registered with the National Revenue Agency (NRA) before sales begin, if you accept payments that require a fiscal receipt, such as cash on delivery or card. We file the registration and report changes within 7 days. If you sell only by bank transfer, different rules apply, and we explain them to you upfront.
